How do I choose the right pillow height?
At Ringsted Dun, we have a pillow for all needs and sleeping positions. We have pillows in heights that range from extra low to extra high. Before choosing which pillow works the best for you, you should ask yourself a number of questions:

Pillow heights
Extra Low
If you often sleep on your back or stomach, you can choose an extra low or a low pillow. It depends on what you are used to and prefer. The cavity between the mattress and the neck will not be large, and therefore it does not take much to support your spine.
